Streamlight 69260 TLR-1 HL

ITIShooting.com Rating: (5/5)

The Streamlight 69260 TLR-1 HL  is a weapon mount tactical flashlight. The flashlight fits onto a variety of different weapons, and the dimensions of the flashlight are 3.39 inches in length x 1.47 inches in width x 1.44 inches in height. The flashlight is lightweight, compact, and fitted with a high lumen lithium battery that will provide 1.75 hours of continuous run time.

The Streamlight 69260 TLR-1 HL also comes equipped with a rail clamp that is designed to attach/detach from the side of a weapon rapidly. The flashlight provides an 800-lumen blast of light for maximum illumination; this lights up large areas so you can identify who or what is nearby. This level of illumination makes the Streamlight 69260 TLR-1 HL perfect for clearing a room or searching an alleyway.

  • C4 LED delivers 12,000 candela peak beam intensity; 800 lumens; 245m beam; runs 1.75 hours
  • Securely fits a broad range of weapons. Item dimensions is 3.39 length x 1.47 width x 1.44 high in inches
  • One handed snap-on and tighten interface keeps hands away from muzzle when attaching/detaching
  • 6000 series machined aircraft aluminum with anodized finish with high temperature, shock-mounted glass lens
  • TIR optic produces a concentrated beam with optimum peripheral illumination; Battery Quantity - 2

If you’re an avid hunter, the flashlight also works well at clipping onto your weapon, so you illuminate an area to see what’s ahead of you. Be sure not to shine the flashlight in anyone’s eyes as when the light is fully illuminated; it’s very bright and could cause damage to another person’s eyes.

If you’ve owned a previous model of the Streamlight TLR-1, then you’ll notice that the Streamlight 69260 TLR-1 HL is much brighter when fully illuminated. Another thing we noticed about the Streamlight 69260 TLR-1 HL is that it’s particularly sturdy.

If you do accidentally drop the flashlight, then don’t worry too much; from what we saw, it can take quite an impact without any damage being caused.

Streamlight vs Surefire: Comparing the Two Products

Both the Streamlight 69260 TLR-1 HL  and the SureFire X300  are small flashlights that fit a wide variety of firearms. Both are compact in size so they can be transported easily, and you can maneuver both flashlights anywhere.

Both flashlights have a good battery life that will last well over an hour if you leave the flashlight on continuously. This is an advantage of both products, so be sure to charge the battery to full if you’re going to be using either flashlight for an extended period of time.
